Our initial meeting to discuss your new or existing business or investments is free. We will discuss the options available to achieve the most flexible and tax effective solution that suits your plans. If you choose to proceed, this includes setup of the entities and all appropriate tax registrations, ABN etc.

The total costs including GST, our fee and all disbursements are:

• Business Names – $110.00 
• Sole Trader ABN – $110.00
• Company – $1,276.50
• Family & Unit Trusts (individual trustees) – $1,308.50
• Family & Unit Trusts (corporate trustee) – $1,925.00
• Self-Managed Super Fund (individual trustees) – $1,138.50
• Self-Managed Super Fund (corporate trustees) – $1,755.00

We can act as your ASIC agent for $200 plus GST per year, keeping your company details up to date, paying the ASIC fee on your behalf and disbursing so you avoid late fees.
